titleOfInvention | Immune test strip for rapidly detecting malignant malaria, vivax malaria, triumphaniae and oval malaria |
abstract | An immune test paper strip for rapidly detecting falciparum malaria, vivax malaria, tertian malaria and oval malaria comprises a sample pad, a colloidal gold probe pad, a cellulose membrane and a water absorption pad, wherein colloidal gold contains colloidal gold labeled antibodies, and the cellulose membrane is provided with three detection lines and one quality control line. The colloidal gold probe pad comprises two colloidal gold probes, namely a monoclonal antibody which is labeled by colloidal gold and specifically binds to histatin II of plasmodium falciparum and a monoclonal antibody which is labeled by colloidal gold and specifically binds to lactic dehydrogenase of plasmodium falciparum. The three detection lines include a monoclonal antibody specifically binding to histatin II of Plasmodium falciparum, a monoclonal antibody specifically binding to Plasmodium falciparum and Plasmodium vivax lactate dehydrogenase, and a monoclonal antibody specifically binding to Plasmodium falciparum lactate dehydrogenase. The invention can distinguish falciparum malaria, vivax malaria and malaria teres/oval malaria by one-time detection, has the advantages of simplicity, sensitivity, specificity and rapidity, and is suitable for clinical and field use. |
