abstract The invention discloses a 3, 4-dihydro-3- (2-hydroxybenzoyl) -2(1H) -quinolinone bioactive skeleton, a synthesis method and application thereof, wherein the structural formula of the 3, 4-dihydro-3- (2-hydroxybenzoyl) -2(1H) -quinolinone bioactive skeleton is shown in the specification In the formula, R1 is any one of methyl and ethyl; r2 is any one of hydrogen atom, methyl and halogen; r3 is any one of a hydrogen atom and a halogen. The synthesis method of the bioactive skeleton comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing an o-aminobenzaldehyde compound and a 4-hydroxycoumarin compound in a solvent according to a molar ratio of 1 (1-2), and reacting at 70-90 ℃ to obtain a 3, 4-dihydro-3- (2-hydroxybenzoyl) -2(1H) -quinolinone compound. The invention provides a method for efficiently synthesizing a 3, 4-dihydro-3- (2-hydroxybenzoyl) -2(1H) -quinolinone compound by one-step reaction in a green ethanol solvent without a catalyst, which realizes the synthesis of the 3, 4-dihydro-3- (2-hydroxybenzoyl) -2(1H) -quinolinone compound by the hydrogen migration reaction of a natural product molecule 4-hydroxycoumarin for the first time.
