A method for preparing reticulocyte simulated particles and platelet simulated particles and a quality control substance. The preparation method of reticulocyte-simulating particles uses N-hydroxysuccinimide-activated protein fluorescent dye to stain mammalian anucleated red blood cells with a volume of 60-120 fL, and fixes the anucleated red blood cells to make reticulocyte-simulating particles . The platelet simulated particles are prepared using mammalian anucleated red blood cells with a volume of 2-25fL, and the rest are the same as the reticulocyte simulated particles. The preparation method includes: using N-hydroxysuccinimide-activated protein fluorescent dye to stain different volumes of mammalian anucleated erythrocytes to obtain reticulocyte-simulating particles and platelet-simulating particles respectively, and the fluorescence and volume directions of the scatter diagrams are close to those of the new The distribution of blood reticulocytes, reticulated platelets and platelet scatter diagrams; the prepared simulated particles have good stability and do not interfere with the counting and classification of other cell particles. |
