The invention discloses a method for recovering various valuable metals in a waste ceramic capacitor by a wet method. The method comprises the following specific steps: firstly, ball-milling or crushing waste ceramic capacitors into particles with the particle size of less than 0.125mm, adding the particles into a mixed solution containing alkali liquor and sodium nitrate, mixing, reacting, filtering to obtain filtrate containing tin, zinc and copper and filter residue, adding sodium sulfide into the filtrate to recover copper and zinc, and heating tin to form stannous oxide precipitate; and secondly, adding filter residues into a solution containing hydrochloric acid, mixing, reacting, filtering to obtain a filtrate, adding sodium sulfate into the filtrate to recover barium, adding alkali to adjust the pH value to recover titanium, nickel and iron, combining the filtrates, concentrating, and adding sodium sulfate to recover lead. The method is simple and feasible, can be used for recycling various metals in the waste capacitor step by step, realizes the harmlessness of heavy metals, and meets the requirement of environmental protection. |
