titleOfInvention | Preparation method of water-based carbon hybrid material |
abstract | A preparation method of a water-based carbon hybrid material comprises the following steps of carrying out ultrasonic treatment on graphene oxide or carbon nano tubes and water to prepare an aqueous solution; mixing the graphene oxide aqueous solution and the carbon nano tube aqueous solution, adding a dispersing agent, and performing ultrasonic treatment on the mixed solution to obtain a mixed solution; and adding a green reducing agent into the mixed solution, washing away redundant dispersing agent and the green reducing agent by water after the temperature rise reaction is finished, and freeze-drying to obtain the aqueous carbon hybrid material. The graphene/carbon nanotube carbon hybrid material prepared by the invention can be stably dispersed in an aqueous solution. The preparation process of the carbon hybrid material disclosed by the invention is solvent-free in the whole process, free of chemical waste, environment-friendly, low in cost and applicable to industrial production. The reducing agent (vitamin C) and the dispersing agent (tannin) required by the graphene/carbon nanotube carbon hybrid material prepared by the invention are derived from biomass resources, and have the characteristics of reproducibility and no toxicity. |
