The material is prepared by using hydroxyethyl cellulose and soybean protein as main raw materials, crosslinking the main raw materials by epoxy chloropropane, freeze-drying the main raw materials to obtain hydroxyethyl cellulose/soybean protein sponge, obtaining the hydroxyethyl cellulose/soybean protein/polyaniline conductive composite sponge by in-situ aniline polymerization, and finally assembling the conductive composite sponge sensor. Adopt this application sensor to evaluate model animal rat nerve damage repair effect, can not anaesthetize or operate the damage to the animal, and direct dynamic monitoring rat nerve repair degree, its evaluation effect is equivalent with conventional electrophysiological evaluation effect, has nevertheless avoided damage such as anesthesia, operation to the animal. The method not only obtains a compression resistance type sensor, but also provides a new evaluation device and an evaluation method for evaluating the repair of peripheral nerve injury. |
