abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of low-yellowness diether diphthalimide, which comprises the following steps: (A) reacting diphenol with strong base in non-polar solvent to prepare diphenol; (B) performing nucleophilic reaction on the product obtained in the step A and phthalimide in a polar aprotic solvent; (C) and (B) introducing methyl chloride and/or ethyl chloride gas into the system after the reaction is finished to obtain the diether diphthalimide. The invention adopts methyl chloride and/or ethyl chloride gas to react with residual phenolic hydroxyl/phenolate end groups to generate stable alkyl, and solves the problems of yellowing color and easy oxidation yellowing of the diether diphthalimide product in the prior production technology process. |
