The invention relates to an aramid fabric framework flame-retardant conveying belt for a coal mine, which comprises a belt body made of chloroprene rubber; the belt body comprises an upper covering layer rubber, an A transition rubber layer, a B transition rubber layer and a lower covering layer rubber which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside, wherein the thickness of the upper covering layer rubber is 4-12 mm, and the thickness of the lower covering layer rubber is 3-6 mm; a framework layer is arranged between the transition rubber layer A and the transition rubber layer B; the framework layer consists of a layer of aramid fiber canvas and a gum dipping layer coated on the outer surface of the aramid fiber canvas, and the thickness of the framework layer is 2.5-6 mm; the raw material components of the upper covering layer rubber and the lower covering layer rubber contain flame retardant; the flame retardant is one or more of chlorinated paraffin, antimony oxide, zinc borate and ammonium polyphosphate. The flame-retardant conveyer belt with the aramid fiber fabric framework for the coal mine can convey materials in high-strength, long-distance and large-capacity occasions, is suitable for being applied to the severe environment of underground operation of the coal mine, and has high heat resistance and fireproof performance. |
