titleOfInvention Microwave-enhanced selective swelling and perforating method for separation membrane
abstract The invention provides a microwave-enhanced selective swelling and pore-opening method for a separation membrane, which comprises the following steps: preparing a compact film from the amphiphilic block copolymer; immersing the obtained compact film in an alcohol or carboxylic acid solvent, treating the compact film for 15-60s by using microwaves with power of 160-800W, immediately taking out the film, and standing and drying the film at room temperature to obtain the amphiphilic block copolymer separation film with the bicontinuous porous structure. The method greatly reduces the time required by selective swelling and opening of the amphiphilic block copolymer and improves the membrane preparation efficiency; the method has universality and can be widely used for the opening process of various amphiphilic block copolymers; and the degree of the opening can be precisely controlled by adjusting the microwave power and time.
