titleOfInvention | Method for greatly improving content of panax notoginseng saponins |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for greatly improving the content of total saponins of panax notoginseng, which comprises the steps of selecting annual panax notoginseng with developed root system, no diseases and no damage as a seedling, infiltrating one or more of an ethanol solution of methyl jasmonate, a choline chloride aqueous solution or a naphthylacetic acid solution before transplanting, pouring plant probiotics into soil around the transplanted seedling 10-15 days after transplanting, and spraying 20-30 times of root cancer panacea or 2-4 times of root cancer resistant fungicide around the root of a plant every 2 months after 1 year of transplanting; after 2 years of transplanting, uniformly spraying a salicylic acid solution and a paclobutrazol aqueous solution to the leaf surfaces every other month, wherein the spraying amount is based on wetting of the leaf surfaces and dripping without liquid drops; and 5 months before harvesting, applying potassium fulvate. The method of the invention can promote the growth of the panax notoginseng main root, increase the weight of the main root, obviously improve the content of panax notoginseng saponins, reduce the incidence rate of root rot, improve the utilization rate of fertilizer and reduce cost. The method of the invention is easy to master, has obvious benefit and is suitable for popularization. |
