titleOfInvention | Nylon fiber and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of nylon fiber, which comprises the steps of carrying out polymerization reaction on raw materials containing 1, 5-pentanediamine and adipic acid, and then directly spinning; wherein the polymerization reaction comprises the step of preparing 1, 5-pentanediamine and adipic acid into a nylon salt aqueous solution; the pH value of the nylon salt aqueous solution is 7-9 when the nylon salt aqueous solution is diluted to 10%; the viscosity number of the nylon fiber is 140-260 mL/g, preferably 150-240 mL/g. The invention also provides the nylon fiber prepared by the method. The method of the invention adopts the mode of combining nylon polymerization and melt direct spinning to prepare the nylon 56 yarn, thereby reducing the production cost, and reducing the exhaust emission and the pollution to the environment. |
