titleOfInvention Efficient expression promoter for citrus fruit epidermis and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses a citrus fruit epidermis high-efficiency expression promoter and application thereof. The citrus fruit epidermis high-efficiency expression promoter is named as: p1080, the nucleotide sequence of which is shown in SEQ ID NO. 1. According to the invention, through quantitative PCR analysis of different tissues of the citrus, the fact that the downstream Cs2g31080 gene regulated by the P1080 promoter has strong expression activity in the citrus fruit epidermis and low expression in leaves, roots and pulp is found; the P1080 promoter is fused with a marker gene GUS, and agrobacterium EHA105 mediates transient transformation of the leaf of the native tobacco and the fruit of the Micro Tom tomato, so that the P1080 promoter and a positive control (a strong promoter CaMV35s) are proved to have similar expression activity. The P1080 promoter can be used for constructing transgenic plants specifically expressed in fruit epidermis.
