abstract The present invention relates to an antitumor active polypeptide and its use. The polypeptide has antitumor activity due to having one of the following amino acid sequences: IGLKRTPMGIV, wherein T is modified by phosphorylation. The polypeptide can be used for preparing antitumor drugs. The polypeptide sequence of the present invention is short, and it is easy to realize large-scale production; it shows significant anti-tumor activity at a lower dose. The polypeptide of the present invention has no toxicity to normal tissue cells and has broad application prospects.
