abstract |
The invention discloses a treatment method for low-concentration acetic acid wastewater containing sulfate. The low-concentration acetic acid wastewater containing sulfate is subjected to the first MVR treatment, and the sulfate is separated from the wastewater. The obtained acetic acid wastewater undergoes calcification and neutralization reaction under the action of calcium carbonate to form a solution containing calcium acetate, which enters the second MVR. The device concentrates and processes, and the concentrated calcium acetate solution is dried and then thermally cracked to obtain acetone, realizing the resource utilization of organic matter. The obtained sulfate and the solid produced by filtration are subjected to thermal analysis, and the gas generated by thermal analysis enters the oxygen cracking device, and the solid material after thermal analysis forms an organic impurity content of less than 0.1% sulfate solid. The water vapor containing organic matter generated by the MVR enters the oxygen cracking device, and the water vapor generated by calcium acetate drying enters the MVR device at the same time. The method of the invention realizes resource utilization and purification treatment of low-concentration acetic acid wastewater containing sulfate. |
