titleOfInvention In-situ preparation method of nano magnesium hydride
abstract The invention discloses an in-situ preparation method of nano magnesium hydride, which comprises the steps of placing magnesium chloride and lithium hydride in an organic solvent under the protection of inert atmosphere, and stirring to obtain an organic suspension of a mixture; carrying out ultrasonic treatment on the organic suspension to promote the mixture to carry out chemical reaction, and filtering after the reaction is finished; and cleaning, centrifuging and drying the solid reaction product to remove residual organic matters, thereby obtaining the nano magnesium hydride. The invention uses the energy provided by the cavitation effect generated by the ultrasonic wave in the liquid medium to promote the chemical reaction between the magnesium chloride and the lithium hydride, and because the cavitation effect can provide a large amount of energy instantly in a very small range, compared with the traditional heating and mechanical force energy supply, the prepared product particles are not easy to grow, and simultaneously, the crushing effect of the ultrasonic wave is utilized to inhibit the agglomeration of the nano particles, thereby avoiding the side effect caused by adding various carrier materials to inhibit the growth of the particles, further obtaining the nano-scale magnesium hydride and improving the effective hydrogen storage capacity of the product.
