Composite coral-like morphology catalyst for hydrolysis of sodium borohydride for hydrogen production |
abstract |
The invention relates to the technical field of hydrogen production. A preparation method of a composite catalyst with a coral-like shape for hydrogen production by hydrolysis of sodium borohydride. Co(OH) 2 is obtained by a hydrothermal method, and CoO-Co 3 with a coral-like shape is obtained by pyrolysis of Co(OH) 2 O 4 composite catalyst. The present invention not only successfully synthesizes a CoO-Co 3 O 4 catalyst with a coral-like morphology, but also introduces carbon and boron elements, which may promote the interaction between the cobalt oxide species and the carrier. Using highly crystalline composite cobalt oxide to catalyze the hydrolysis of sodium borohydride to produce hydrogen, its reactivity is better than that of pure cobalt oxide and cobalt tetroxide. |
