The invention discloses a near-infrared light activated multifunctional liposome and a preparation method and application thereof, which comprises the steps of firstly, conjugating the existing photosensitizer micromolecule Ce6 through PEG and extending a carbon chain to obtain an amphiphilic Ce6 polymer, then mixing the Ce6 polymer, the ring-packed RGD functionalized liposome, indocyanine green and tirapazamine, obtaining the amphiphilic liposome through a film hydration method and a self-assembly mode, and finally introducing paramagnetic gadolinium ions into a porphyrin ring of Ce6 to obtain the gadolinium modified multifunctional liposome for near-infrared light activation. The prepared responsive liposome has uniform particle size, and has good water solubility, dispersibility and biocompatibility. The multifunctional liposome has wide application prospect in the field of photo-thermal-photodynamic-chemotherapy cooperative treatment guided by biological multi-modal imaging. |
