abstract | The invention provides a battery coating film slurry, a battery diaphragm, a secondary battery and respective preparation methods, wherein the preparation of the battery coating film slurry comprises the following steps: providing a polymerization unit, wherein the polymerization unit comprises vinylidene fluoride and a fluorine-containing polymerization unit, providing a nucleating agent, and adding the nucleating agent in the polymerization process of the polymerization unit to obtain a modified polymer; and preparing the battery coating film slurry based on the modified polymer. Through the technical scheme, the battery coating film slurry is designed, and a non-aqueous system is adopted, so that the diaphragm and the pole piece can be bonded together, the hardness of the battery is improved, the crystal form of the prepared polymer is changed to a polar crystal form, the crystal structure is more perfect, the crystallinity is higher, the swelling ratio is smaller, and the bonding performance is more excellent; the prepared battery has smaller internal resistance and more excellent cycle performance. The aqueous system is adopted to disperse the polymer, so that the defect of preparing the copolymer by the oily system is overcome, the advantages of the aqueous polymer gluing product are exerted, and the environment-friendly effect is further improved. |
