abstract | The invention provides a biomedical entity linking method based on knowledge representation, which belongs to the field of natural language processing. The invention includes three steps: text preprocessing, entity representation learning based on biomedical knowledge base, and biomedical entity linking based on knowledge representation. The present invention regards multiple variants of the same entity among entities in the biomedical knowledge base and structural information of different entities with the same name as constraints on the vector space, and uses an automatic encoding machine to learn the vector representation of the entity identifier ID by minimizing the reconstruction error , transforming the entity structure information in the biomedical knowledge base into knowledge representation. At the same time, the present invention constructs a biomedical entity linking model based on knowledge representation, and integrates text semantic representation and entity ID representation to realize disambiguation of entity mentions and improve the accuracy and reliability of biomedical entity linking. |
