abstract | A polyacrylamide aerogel, a preparation method and application thereof comprise the following steps: preparing an acrylamide precursor solution; injecting into a radial freezing device with radial temperature gradient to form ice crystals, and controlling the nucleation and growth of the ice crystals and the extrusion of solute to obtain a frozen sample in radial arrangement; crosslinking by low-temperature ultraviolet radiation, and completely carrying out in-situ free radical polymerization reaction on the uncrosslinked hole wall; freeze-drying and pretreating to obtain the polyacrylamide aerogel with a radial hierarchical porous structure. The method has the advantages of easily obtained raw materials, simple operation, high efficiency and good repeatability, is a method for preparing the polypropylene amine milling aerogel on a large scale, controls the growth method of the ice crystals by a well-designed radial freezing device and takes the ice crystals as a template so as to obtain a special microstructure, and fixes the special structure by a low-temperature ultraviolet radiation crosslinking method. |
