titleOfInvention A kind of low dielectric constant polyarylether nitrile and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a low dielectric constant polyarylether nitrile and a preparation method thereof. The chemical structure of the polyarylether nitrile with low dielectric constant contains trifluoromethyl group, sulfone group and aromatic ether group, presents a film shape, and the polyarylether nitrile film with low dielectric constant contains a large number of holes inside. The polyarylether nitrile with low dielectric constant is prepared by the phase inversion method of polyarylether nitrile block copolymer containing low polar groups and porogen in water and ethanol mixed solution. By changing the segment ratio of the polyarylether nitrile block copolymer, the type and structure of the porogen in the phase inversion method, the ratio of water and ethanol in the phase inversion method, etc., a series of high-performance materials with low dielectric constant can be obtained. Polyarylether nitrile material. The density of the low dielectric constant polyarylether nitrile is lower than 0.15g/cm 3 , the porosity is greater than 80%, the dielectric constant is less than 1.5 at 1kHz, the dielectric loss is lower than 0.004 at 1kHz, and the specific modulus is greater than 1000MPa· cm 3 /g. The low dielectric constant polyarylether nitrile belongs to the low dielectric constant organic dielectric, and can be used as an interlayer dielectric material for interconnect assembly.
