A class of thermally activated delayed fluorescent materials based on Ag(I) complexes has a structure shown in formula A. Compared with the existing complexes, the complexes can significantly improve the luminous efficiency of the solution state and the thin film state, and the lifetime of the complex is only a few microseconds (~6μs), the efficiency of the thin film state is close to 100%, and the radiation transition The rate is as high as 10 5 S ‑1 , comparable to noble metal phosphorescent materials. In addition, the raw material of the complex is cheap, the synthesis is simple and efficient, and it can be used in the light-emitting layer of an organic electroluminescent device, and has economic advantages in industrial practice. |
