titleOfInvention | Thermally activated delayed fluorescent molecular material and its synthesis method, organic electroluminescent device |
abstract | The invention provides a thermally activated delayed fluorescent molecular material and its synthesis method, an organic electroluminescent device, including an electron donor and an electron acceptor, wherein the electron acceptor contains an indenyl group. In the present invention, by replacing the phenyl in the diphenylamine or triphenylamine in the donor molecule with an indenyl group, the electron-donating ability of the donor can be increased, and the non-radiative transition rate can be effectively suppressed, thereby improving the luminescence quantum yield of the molecule ( PLQY); it can also increase the torsion angle between the electron donor and the electron acceptor, while reducing the electron cloud overlap between the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) and the lowest occupied molecular orbital (LUMO), thereby obtaining a smaller Ξ”EST . |
