titleOfInvention | A kind of preparation method of silicon carbonate-like hydrotalcite-like ultra-thin sheet |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a silicon carbonate-like hydrotalcite-like ultra-thin sheet. The mixed salt solution containing Si 4+ and divalent and trivalent metal ions and the mixed alkali solution of Na 2 CO 3 and NaOH were simultaneously added to the reactor under stirring, and the relative addition rate of the two was adjusted to control the reaction system. pH is 9-11. The divalent metal ions are Mg 2+ , Co 2+ , Ni 2+ , Cu 2+ or Zn 2+ , and the trivalent metal ions are Al 3+ , Cr 3+ or Fe 3+ . The prepared Si- CO3 -HTlc ultra-thin sheet has a thickness of less than 3 nanometers and is composed of 2-4 hydrotalcite-like crystal layers; the molar ratio of Si 4+ to metal ions is 0.16-0.27. The preparation method has the advantages of simple process, mild conditions, low cost, environmental friendliness, easy industrialization and the like. The prepared Si‑CO 3 ‑HTlc ultraflakes have important application prospects in the fields of catalysis, energy storage, flame retardants, and composite materials. |
