titleOfInvention Application of semiconductor nano photosensitive material in preparation of visual repair material
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of semiconductor nano photosensitive materials, relates to a new application of a semiconductor nano material with a photosensitive effect, and particularly relates to an application of the semiconductor nano photosensitive material in preparing a visual repair material, wherein the semiconductor nano photosensitive material is similar to retinal photoreceptor cells and is an ordered one-dimensional gold-modified titanium oxide nanowire array; the material has the characteristics of high specific surface area, large interaction area of material retinas, high charge mobility, good biocompatibility and good stability, and can be applied to both in vitro retinas and living mice to replace photoreceptors so that the retinas generate photoreactions; can be used for preparing visual repair materials to repair visual defects. Experiments prove that the visual repair material can repair retinal ganglion cells to generate photoreaction and repair optic cortical nerve cells to generate photoreaction.
