titleOfInvention | Method for modifying surface of aluminum alloy bipolar plate by chitosan/tin dioxide composite film |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for modifying the surface of an aluminum alloy bipolar plate by a chitosan/stannic oxide composite film, which is characterized by pretreating the aluminum alloy bipolar plate; placing the pretreated aluminum alloy bipolar plate in an alkaline solution for chemical etching; dissolving chitosan powder in an acid solution, then spraying the chitosan powder on the surface of the etched aluminum alloy bipolar plate, and drying to obtain the aluminum alloy bipolar plate with the chitosan film; growing a tin dioxide film on the surface of the aluminum alloy bipolar plate with the chitosan film by using a hydrothermal method for the aluminum alloy bipolar plate and the precursor solution, and drying to obtain the chitosan/tin dioxide composite film on the surface of the aluminum alloy bipolar plate. The chitosan/stannic oxide composite film is prepared on the surface of the aluminum alloy bipolar plate by adopting a spraying method and a hydrothermal method, so that the corrosion resistance of the aluminum alloy bipolar plate in the simulation solution of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell is greatly improved. |
