abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of multi-effect indoor air quality guarantee paper and an obtained product. The method needs to solve the problems of improving the air purification effect, improving the binding force between the base layer and the functional layer, not worrying about possible secondary pollution and the like. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing an active reaction substance into an aqueous solution with the weight percentage of 5-15%, uniformly coating the aqueous solution on one surface of a paper substrate, and drying to form a reaction layer; 2) preparing the adsorption layer substance into 2-10 wt% of water dispersion, uniformly coating the water dispersion on the surface of the reaction layer, and drying to form an adsorption layer; 3) preparing the catalytic layer substance with the particle size of 1-20nm into 0.3-2.0 wt% of water dispersion, uniformly coating the water dispersion on the surface of the adsorption layer, and drying to form the catalytic layer, thereby obtaining a product with a reaction layer, the adsorption layer and the catalytic layer on one surface of the paper substrate in sequence, wherein the total thickness of the three layers is 30-60 mu m. |
