titleOfInvention | Surface acoustic wave droplet excitation device and method for releasing tumor single cells at fixed points |
abstract | The invention provides a surface acoustic wave liquid drop excitation device and a method for releasing tumor single cells at fixed points. The device comprises a surface acoustic wave liquid drop excitation chip, an XYZ three-dimensional moving platform, a particle capture substrate plate, a signal generator and a power amplifier; the surface acoustic wave liquid drop excitation chip is driven by a signal generator and a power amplifier and is fixed on an XYZ three-dimensional moving platform; the particle capture substrate plate is arranged below the surface acoustic wave liquid drop excitation chip. The device can be used for the site-specific release of tumor single cells and other rare cells or biological particles. The invention has the following advantages: convenient operation, high single cell release efficiency and miniaturization of the acoustic chip; in addition, the method has wide applicability, can be used for other material systems for capturing and releasing rare cells, realizes the fixed-point release of the rare cells, and has considerable application potential in the research field related to the rare cells. |
