The device can be used for the site-specific release of tumor single cells and other rare cells or biological particles. The invention has the following advantages: convenient operation, high single cell release efficiency and miniaturization of the acoustic chip; in addition, the method has wide applicability, can be used for other material systems for capturing and releasing rare cells, realizes the fixed-point release of the rare cells, and has considerable application potential in the research field related to the rare cells.
