titleOfInvention | Oily protective adhesive for screen printing, preparation method thereof and printing method |
abstract | The invention provides an oily protective adhesive for screen printing, a preparation method and a printing method thereof, wherein the oily protective adhesive for screen printing comprises the following components in parts by mass: 10-40 parts of acrylic modified polyester, 1-10 parts of silicone additive, 1-10 parts of nano calcium carbonate powder, 10-40 parts of tetramethylbenzene, 25-50 parts of xylene and 0.5-5 parts of defoaming agent. The oily protective adhesive for screen printing can be printed on a release surface through a screen printer to protect the surface of a printed piece, is low in cost and does not need to be manufactured in a cross-process manner; the oily protective adhesive has the advantages of laser resistance and good melting resistance, and the yellowing phenomenon is reduced after laser forming; and after laser forming, the cutting device is easy to tear off, has less powder, improves the production efficiency and protects the human health. |
