The invention discloses a PNAGA enhanced aldehyde hydrazine cross-linked injectable hydrogel and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of biomedical materials. The method specifically comprises the following steps: firstly, reacting glycinamide hydrochloride with acryloyl chloride to obtain N-acryloyl glycinamide, and recording as NAGA; initiating free radical polymerization by an initiator to obtain a polymer PNAGA, and purifying and drying; then preparing a polymer PNAGA water solution; and dissolving the hydroformylation polysaccharide and the hydrazine compound in the polymer PNAGA aqueous solution respectively, and finally injecting the two composite aqueous solutions through a double-syringe injector to form the hydrogel in situ. The strength of the hydrogel reinforced by the PNAGA is improved remarkably, and the hydrogel can be used as a tissue engineering scaffold material or a carrier material of a water-soluble drug and is expected to be applied to the field of biomedicine. |
