titleOfInvention Fluorination process of unstable end group of perfluoropolyether
abstract The invention relates to the technical field of fluorine chemical industry, in particular to a process for fluorinating unstable end groups of perfluoropolyether, which comprises the following steps: step 1: vacuumizing a bubble column fluorination reactor, and adding a raw material of perfluoropolyether acyl fluoride and/or perfluoropolyether carboxylic acid into the reactor from the upper end of the bubble column fluorination reactor; then heating the bubble column fluorination reactor to 130-170 ℃; step 2: adjusting the pressure in the bubble column fluorination reactor; and step 3: introducing fluorinating agent gas, reacting for 45-90 min, and then heating to a set reaction temperature; and 4, step 4: and after the reaction is carried out for 4-48 hours, stopping introducing the raw materials, carrying out nitrogen purging, reducing the temperature of the materials to be below 40 ℃, and discharging to obtain the catalyst. The invention adopts the bubble tower reactor, utilizes the fluorine gas to carry out end group fluorination treatment on the perfluoropolyether acyl fluoride and/or the perfluoropolyether carboxylic acid, greatly improves the utilization efficiency of the fluorine gas and obtains ideal effect.
