abstract | The invention discloses a method for treating copper-nickel alloy electroplating wastewater of a pyrophosphate-citric acid system, which comprises the steps of adding ferrous chloride and calcium chloride into the wastewater, adjusting the pH value to 10-12 by using lime emulsion, precipitating a citric acid coordination agent by using ferrous ions and calcium ions together, precipitating pyrophosphate by using the calcium ions, generating copper phosphate and nickel phosphate precipitates by using phosphate radicals, and generating corresponding precipitates such as hydroxide by using the copper ions and the nickel ions. Adding an oxidant to oxidize other organic matters, and adjusting the pH value of the wastewater to 6-9. The treatment result meets the requirements of GB 21900-. The invention creates a new method for removing the organic acid coordination agent containing carboxyl in the wastewater by using ferrous ion and calcium ion precipitation, and the method has the advantages of simple and easy process, low treatment cost and better market application prospect. |
