abstract | The invention discloses a hydrotalcite-like composite material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps of mixing A-type zeolite, a silane coupling agent and water, and mixing and stirring at the temperature of 30-80 ℃ for 5-150 min to obtain first slurry; adding divalent and trivalent metal compounds into the first slurry, and stirring for 0.2-2.0 h to obtain second slurry; adding carbonate and/or bicarbonate into the second slurry, then adding a pH regulator, regulating the pH to 10-14, and uniformly stirring to obtain a third slurry; crystallizing the third slurry at the temperature of 60-200 ℃ for 2-24 hours, cooling and filtering, washing, drying and crushing a filter cake to obtain a hydrotalcite-like composite material; the invention takes cheap A-type zeolite as a substrate and takes a silane coupling agent as a protective agent and a grafting agent, and the prepared hydrotalcite-like composite material has larger specific surface area and better dispersity. |
