titleOfInvention Platelet membrane self-assembly nanobubble and preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses a platelet membrane self-assembly nanobubble and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the preparation process comprises the following steps: (1) repeatedly freezing and thawing the platelets, and washing to obtain a purified platelet membrane vesicle suspension; and homogenizing by water bath ultrasonic action; (2) and (3) carrying out ultrasonic cavitation crushing or gas-liquid mixing repeated extrusion on the homogenized platelet membrane vesicle suspension to realize self-assembly recombination of platelet membrane fragments on a gas-liquid interface, and constructing and forming platelet membrane coated nano bubbles. The preparation method of the platelet membrane nanobubble is simple, has nanometer size, retains the natural properties of the platelet membrane nanobubble, has high biocompatibility and vascular injury targeting property, can be used for ultrasonic image diagnosis of vascular injury parts, and solves the problem of difficult targeted ultrasonic image diagnosis of small microcosmic focuses in early cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
