The present invention provides an article comprising, in order: a substrate; a hard coat layer, the hard coat layer comprising: a binder; and a nanoparticle mixture at 60% by weight based on the total weight of the hard coat layer to 90% by weight, wherein the nanoparticles in the range of 10% to 50% by weight, based on the total weight of the nanoparticles in the hard coat, comprise the first group of nanoparticles having an average particle size in the range of 2 nm to 200 nm, and the nanoparticles in the range of 50% to about 90% by weight include the second group of nanoparticles having an average particle size in the range of 60 nm to 400 nm, and the average particle size of the first group of nanoparticles and the average particle size of the second group of nanoparticles The ratio is in the range of 1:2 to 1:200; a layer comprising SiOxCy, where 0< x <2 and 0< y <1; and a hydrophilic layer.
