abstract The present invention discloses a method comprising the following: capturing first information or obtaining captured first information indicative of an odor load inside a cleaning appliance, wherein the first information is captured from at least one odor sensor; based at least in part on the captured first information or the obtained first information to generate aromatization and/or deodorization information, or output the captured first information to generate such aromatization and/or deodorization information; and based on the generated aromatization and/or deodorization information , the fragrance and/or deodorization is activated by at least one actuator for the fragrance and/or deodorant. Furthermore, a corresponding dose-dispensing device is disclosed, which is a device for performing and/or controlling the method, and a system having one or more devices for performing and/or controlling the method.
