abstract The invention discloses a method for increasing specific volume of a low-pressure corrosion aluminum foil, which comprises the following steps: (1) soaking the aluminum foil in phosphoric acid water solution, and washing with water; (2) then placing the mixture into an aqueous solution containing hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, aluminum trichloride and an emulsion type polyether-siloxane copolymer organic silicon foam breaker for cloth hole corrosion, and washing the mixture with water; (3) then placing the mixture into an aqueous solution of hydrogen phosphate or dihydrogen phosphate for neutralization treatment, and washing the mixture with water; (4) then placing the silicon substrate in an aqueous solution containing hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, aluminum trichloride and an emulsion type polyether-siloxane copolymer organic silicon foam breaker for deep growth corrosion, and washing; (5) repeating the step (3) and the step (4) for 3-6 times; (6) then soaking the mixture in sulfuric acid aqueous solution, and washing the mixture with water; then soaking the washed aluminum foil in a triethanolamine solution, and washing with water; (7) and then dried. The method can improve the specific volume of the low-pressure corrosion aluminum foil.
