abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of supercapacitors, and discloses a phenolic resin based carbon nanofiber/nickel cobaltate composite electrode and a preparation method thereof, wherein phenolic resin spinning stock solution is subjected to electrostatic spinning, curing and carbonization to obtain phenolic resin based carbon nanofiber; the phenolic resin-based carbon nanofiber is subjected to activation, hydrothermal reaction and roasting to obtain the phenolic resin-based carbon nanofiber/nickel cobaltate composite material. The invention prepares the substrate material with good shaping, high strength and good cycling stability; the defects of low strength and poor shaping caused by excessive shrinkage in the pre-oxidation process because the fiber can not be drawn after being formed in the conventional process of preparing the substrate material by using the PAN organic polymer material are overcome; moreover, the nickel cobaltate is loaded on the substrate material, so that the method has the advantages of large load capacity and strong bonding force between a load and the substrate material; the nickel cobaltate grows not only outside the phenolic resin-based carbon nanofiber but also in a deep layer inside the phenolic resin-based carbon nanofiber. |
