The invention provides a preparation method of a hydrogel preparation based on quantum dots and gold nanorods. First, the quantum dots are combined with the carcinoembryonic antigen aptamer; secondly, the gold nanorods are combined with the carcinoembryonic antigen aptamer; The carcinoembryonic antigen aptamer-modified quantum dots and the carcinoembryonic antigen aptamer-modified gold nanorods are mixed with a hydrogel solution, and finally a hydrogel preparation based on the quantum dots and the gold nanorods is obtained. The prepared hydrogel preparation can detect carcinoembryonic antigen, and the photoquenching efficiency is 12-24% when co-incubated with 1-6 microliters of carcinoembryonic antigen at a concentration of 1 mg per milliliter. |
