The method is scanned by an ultraviolet detector, and the detection wavelengths are 193 nm, 205 nm, 260 nm and 350 nm; the mobile phase is acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid aqueous solution, gradient elution; the column temperature is 30°C, the injection volume is 20 μL, and the flow rate is 1.0 mL/min. The results showed good linearity in the corresponding concentration range, and the average recovery rate was 101.33%-103.09%. The advantages of simple operation, rapid analysis, accurate results, good separation effect and high sensitivity can greatly improve the quality control of Jingshu granules.
