titleOfInvention A method for detecting CNV marker of BAG4 gene in Chaka sheep and its application
abstract The invention discloses a method for detecting the CNV marker of the BAG4 gene of Chaka sheep and its application. Based on real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR technology, the whole genome DNA of a blood sample of Chaka sheep is used as a template to amplify the copy number variation region of the BAG4 gene of Chaka sheep , and using the amplified teaka sheep ANKDR1 gene fragment as an internal reference, the individual copy number was calculated by the method of 2 -ΔCt , and the correlation analysis was carried out on the copy number variation and growth traits. Growth traits of Chaka sheep, the present invention detects molecular genetic markers closely related to the growth traits of Chaka sheep at the DNA level, which can be used for marker-assisted selection of growth traits of Chaka sheep, so as to quickly establish an excellent Chaka sheep population. The method has the characteristics of simplicity, rapidity, and easy popularization and application.
