titleOfInvention | Bacterium for mineralizing and precipitating heavy metal lead ions and reducing hexavalent chromium ions and application thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a bacterium for mineralizing and precipitating heavy metal lead ions and reducing hexavalent chromium ions and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of biology. The bacteria are classified and named as bacillus thuringiensis ( Bacillus thuringiensis ) HM-311 strain, accession number: GDMCC NO: 60592. HM-311 strain has the ability to mineralize and precipitate heavy metal lead ions and reduce hexavalent chromium ions, and can be used for heavy metal pollution treatment. The highest tolerance concentration of the strain to lead ions is 2100mg/L, and the highest tolerance concentration of the strain to hexavalent chromium ions is 600 mg/L. After two days of fermentation culture in a culture medium containing 1500mg/L of lead ions, 97 percent of the lead ions in the culture medium can be removed; in the presence of 100 mg/LCr 6+ The culture medium is fermented and cultured for two days, and 70 percent of hexavalent chromium ions in the culture medium can be reduced. |
