The present invention relates to a kind of laser three-D printing anacardol/epoxy acrylate compound resins and preparation method thereof.Preparation method is as follows: cashew nut phenol resin is mixed with bisphenol A epoxy acrylate 100:10 ~ 100:50 in mass ratio, then it adds the photoinitiator of the two gross mass 1% and stirs evenly to get laser three-D printing anacardol/epoxy acrylate compound resin is arrived.The laser three-D printing anacardol/epoxy acrylate compound resin can be under ultraviolet light irradiation, regulate and control the content of optical active group and soft segment content in cashew nut phenol resin by the control of bisphenol A epoxy acrylate dosage, i.e. the control of bisphenol A epoxy acrylate dosage changes resin light-cured performance and Fundamental Physical Properties.Anacardol/the Epocryl can be adapted for a variety of photocuring laser three-D printing techniques, and be applicable to the lacquer craftworks fields such as manufacture bodiless lacquer. |
