titleOfInvention | Hydroxyl-terminated methyl vinyl fluorosilicone oil and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses hydroxyl-terminated methyl vinyl fluorosilicone oil, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: using trifluoropropyl methyl cyclotrisiloxane, methyl vinyl siloxane ring body and dimethyl siloxane ring body as raw materials, adding water, an alkali catalyst and a reaction auxiliary agent, and then carrying out polymerization reaction until the viscosity of a reaction system is stable; and adding an acidic compound to neutralize the reaction system to neutrality, heating to 170-190 ℃, and vacuumizing to obtain the hydroxyl-terminated methyl vinyl fluorosilicone oil. The preparation method has the advantages of simple process, easily-controlled vinyl content, low polymerization reaction temperature, low energy consumption, simple post-treatment and high yield of the target product. The hydroxyl-terminated methyl vinyl fluorosilicone oil can be used as a processing aid of fluorosilicone rubber, can adjust the crosslinking density of fluorosilicone rubber according to different contents of vinyl and hydroxyl, improves the mechanical property of fluorosilicone rubber, inhibits the migration of small molecules to the surface, can also improve the oil resistance of silicone rubber, and integrates multiple functions. |
