abstract | The invention provides an intrinsic self-repairing epoxy elastomer material and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of self-repairing materials. The epoxy elastomer material is prepared by adding a curing agent containing a catechol group, glycidyl ether and a boric acid compound into a polar solvent, carrying out crosslinking curing reaction under the environment of an alkaline solvent and under the protection of inert gas, and stirring and reacting for a period of time at 50-120 ℃ to obtain a prepolymer; or adding curing agent containing catechol group and glycidyl ether into polar solvent, stirring at 50-120 deg.C for reaction for some time, adding boric acid compound, and mixing under alkaline condition to obtain mixture; and (3) vacuumizing the prepolymer or the mixture to remove the solvent, exhausting bubbles, pouring into a mold, and drying at the temperature of 50-150 ℃ to obtain the epoxy elastomer material. The epoxy resin is a cross-linked polymer and has good performance of quick self-repairing at room temperature. |
