The invention discloses a high-Bs wide-temperature-range low-loss soft magnetic ferrite material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the ferrite material comprises a main component, a first auxiliary component and a second auxiliary cost, wherein the main component comprises 53.4-54.5 mol% of Fe2O3, 7.5-9.4 mol% of ZnO, 0.3-0.8 mol% of NiO and the balance of MnO; the first auxiliary component comprises CaCO3, SiO2 and Co2O3, the second auxiliary component comprises more than one of Nb2O5, ZrO2, Ta2O5, V2O5, CeO2 and HfO2, or one or two of TiO2 and SnO 2. The main components of the invention have relatively high zinc oxide content and relatively low NiO content, wide temperature range and low loss are easy to realize, and the density of the ferrite material is improved by combining the manufacturing method, particularly the sintering process, so that the saturation magnetic flux density at high temperature of 100 ℃ is further improved. |
