The thermoplastic vulcanized rubber comprises silicon rubber, polypropylene, a filler, an antioxidant, a vulcanizing agent, a polymerization inhibitor and a compatibilizer, wherein epoxy silicone oil or a catalytic reaction product of ethylene-methyl acrylate-glycidyl methacrylate random terpolymer and polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride under the action of a catalyst is used as the compatibilizer, the filler is added into the silicon rubber to increase the viscosity of the silicon rubber, and the compatibility of the silicon rubber and the polypropylene and the viscosity ratio of the silicon rubber to the polypropylene are improved; through the dynamic vulcanization technology, the prepared thermoplastic vulcanized rubber has the advantages of fine structure, excellent mechanical property and elasticity, good high-temperature resistance and excellent chemical stability, and can be widely applied to the fields of automobiles, medical instruments, wearable equipment and the like. |
