titleOfInvention | Spray type release agent for producing artificial stone, preparation method and use method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a spray type release agent for producing artificial stones, a preparation method and a use method thereof, wherein the spray type release agent comprises the following raw materials: polyvinyl alcohol, paraffin, hydrotalcite, magnesium silicate, magnesium aluminum silicate, zinc oxide, magnesium hydroxide, polytetrafluoroethylene, cellulose, xanthan gum, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium carbonate, modified camellia oil, 1-dodecyl-3-methylimidazole nitrate and octadecyl succinate monoamide dipotassium sulfonate, wherein the release agent is prepared by dissolving polyvinyl alcohol, mixing with an additive and the like. The use method comprises the steps of spraying the release agent on the surface of the artificial stone production mould, and forming the anti-bonding coating on the surface of the mould through natural drying and curing. The invention takes polyvinyl alcohol, paraffin, modified camellia oil, 1-dodecyl-3-methylimidazole sodium nitrate and octadecyl succinic acid monoamide sulfonic acid dipotassium salt as a reinforcing system, plays a synergistic role, synergistically shortens the drying and film forming time, shortens the production period and improves the efficiency. |
