The invention discloses an ionic flexible touch sensor which comprises a plurality of conducting layers, a plurality of insulating layers and two packaging layers, wherein the conducting layers are mutually arranged in a laminated manner, one insulating layer is arranged between every two conducting layers in a laminated manner, and the two packaging layers are respectively packaged at the upper surface and the lower surface of the conducting layers which are arranged in the laminated manner; the conductive layer is made of an ion conductive flexible gel material, and the insulating layer and the packaging layer are made of insulating high-molecular polymer materials respectively; the ionic flexible touch sensor can integrate a contact position measuring module and a contact pressure/tensile force detecting module. The invention provides a complete set of structural design and manufacturing technical solution of the ionic flexible touch sensor, and the product has the advantages of high optical transparency, deep flexibility, low manufacturing cost, high position measurement resolution, high sensitivity and the like. |
