A display device and a method of manufacturing the display device are provided. The display device includes: a base substrate; a color conversion pattern disposed on the base substrate; and a low-refractive layer disposed on the base substrate, stacked with the color conversion pattern, and having a lower refractive index than that of the color conversion pattern. The low-refractive layer includes a first matrix resin and particle clusters dispersed in the first matrix resin, and the particle clusters include a plurality of particles and bridges that bind the particles. |
